New clothes

No, I couldn't think of a better title

Well I started out trying to draw what Andy was wearing at Download, but i was drawing it from memory so it's not exactly right... so now it's based on the Download outfit I really liked the feather things on his arm and stuff I was going to colour it in, but then I thought it might look nicer rendered in my fine liners.
